Operator program · development stage
eCycle is developing a repeatable electronics demanufacturing operating system for local repair and recovery cells. The method begins with custody, data and evidence—not a shredder and not an unsupported green claim.
No franchise is offered by this page. No franchise fee, deposit, binding operator agreement or investment commitment is accepted. There is no earnings representation.
Controlled demanufacturing
Identify the owner, restrictions, lot and physical condition before property enters an operating cell.
Separate data devices, batteries, CRTs and other special materials before ordinary handling.
Evaluate whole-unit reuse, repair and component recovery before material recovery or disposal.
Link tested goods, parts, material streams, downstream receipts and exceptions back to the source lot.
The development vision
The long-range concept is a network of locally operated recovery cells serving regional repair, reuse and manufacturing needs, including port-city markets. Each cell must fit its actual facility, workforce, inputs, permits, downstreams and emergency capability.
Current truth
Conformity boundary
eCycle is documenting a proprietary internal standard now. Any future certification program must publish its requirements, disclose ownership, separate evaluation and decisions, manage impartiality and appeals, and accurately state whether assessment is first-party, independent or accredited.
Development gates
Complete owner-controlled cases and close safety, data, product, downstream and material-balance findings.
Freeze the site module, accepted inputs, equipment, records, training and prohibited activities.
Confirm insurance, permits, environmental duties, operator competence and independent assessment design.
Complete counsel-reviewed franchise/licensing analysis and all required disclosures before accepting an agreement or fee.
